| How long have you been recording
the album? We were in the studio for about two months. The first month or so we were working on the music and the second I spent hammering out the vocals.
Can you tell something about the lyrics? I try not to explain the lyrics. I believe once a song is written and released the song stops being mine or the bands. It becomes the listeners and I don't want to take anything away from the listener.
Who created the artwork ? Carson Slovack was the artist. We had a few ideas that went back n forth. He would send us a cover, we would ask for a few changes, he would make it a little different, we would again make small changes. We went back and forth for a while but it came out really good.
Can you speak to us about your musical evolution ? For you, what are the biggest differences between this new album and the previous? Well the vocals changed a little. I like to push myself as a vocalist and try new things. This record has more singing than I've ever done on a disc. Which for me was very good.
Which songs from the album will you play live ? Why did you choose that ones? On the tour we are doing right now we are playing Two Weeks, Chiron, Undone, and Before The Damned
Can you tell us more about the promotional video for the song “Two Weeks”? It was directed by Brian Thompson. I'm quite happy with the video. It's very clean and it has a cool story to go along with it.
Are there certain songs on the album you want to mention or tell something about? I love the whole disc so no one song is more important than others.
What are your touring plans ? We will be supporting In Flames in the US for november, then early next year we'll be in Europe.
And as a conclusion, can you say some words for my radio show “Metal Choc” ? I haven't heard the show so I don't know what to say.
